The Work:

 

We are looking for skilled tradesman with experience in formwork who are willing to work across Ontario at various jobsites. Duties will include but never limited to:

• Take direction from Crew Leaders and Project Managers
• Familiar with cast in place concrete pool shell construction
• Experience working with Meva/Symons/Peri forms
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
• Report on progress
• Ability to safely use machinery and equipment (skid steer & excavator)

Skills and Abilities:

• Experience with swimming pool construction considered an asset
• Clean driver’s abstract and background check
• Trained in equipment operation
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent logical analysis, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to be agile and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Deadline driven
• Technologically literate

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years trade experience required
• Working at Height training
• Excellent safety record
• Good physical condition and stamina

Working Conditions:

• Indoor and outdoor work year-round throughout Ontario
• Fast paced work environment
• Mechanical rooms
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds
