Corporate Administrative Assistant

 

JOB DESCRIPTION


 

THE WORK

 

Do you like to do the exact same thing every day? Neither do we! Every day is different. Our Corporate Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting our management team with internal administrative tasks. Tasks include, but are never limited to:

  • Book flights, hotels and rental cars

  • Prepare and update meeting minutes
  • Answer emails and phone call inquiries
  • Support internal customers
  • Assist Managers
  • Handling administrative correspondence relating to construction projects
  • Set up new projects using company defined standards
  • Organized and maintain project related documentation and logs
  • Draft correspondence and quotations
  • All other duties as assigned

 

THE SKILLS
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position (experience in the construction industry is preferred).
  • Microsoft Champion (Excel, Outlook, Project and Word are your specialties).
  • Cool as a cucumber: you're able to work effectively under tight deadlines and in stressful conditions without breaking a sweat.
  • Professional organizer is your middle name. You can stay on track independently and no detail goes unnoticed.
